  1. Shock the system. Mix up your workout routine. Now is the time to explore different movements, experiment with time and tempo; unaccustomed exercises are great for burning energy! 

  1. Get inventive with your surroundings. Look around, see what you can incorporate into your workout. Maybe it’s a large bottle of washing detergent, or maybe even your dog!

  1. Get in the zone. Mute your notifications. Nothing is worse than being distracted by your phone while trying to exercise.

  1. Establish a routine. Schedule each workout session, even if it is only 20 minutes a day before you start work for the day.

  1. Invest in basic equipment. A yoga mat and resistance bands will be your best buddies when it comes to utilising your body’s strength and stability.

  1. You are not alone! Join a Zoom workout or tune into a live yoga session on Instagram. 

  1. Don’t make working out a chore. If you don’t like doing something, don’t make it a ‘have to’. Remember, going out for a long walk can help energise the mind and body too.

  1. Don’t forget to drink your Clean Lean Protein and Good Green Stuff to optimise muscle recovery and maximise your immunity!
