Ingredients

1 cup mixed frozen berries

1 tbsp probiotic powder (optional)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

Almond milk or water to desired consistency

¼ cup yoghurt

Ice cubes (to temperature liking)
