Ingredients
Donuts:
2 Cups self raising flour (gluten-free)
3 tbsp Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Vanilla Caramel
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup melted coconut oil
2/3 Cups nut milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup maple syrup
Cinnamon dust:
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1/3 Cup maple syrup (Only for lightly brushing onto the donuts at the end)*
These healthy donuts are baked, full of vitamins and they are free from processed ingredients. Bonus they are not fried!
Easy to make for the kids to enjoy after school or during the school holidays.

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. To a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients apart from the cinnamon dust. Once the donut mixture is well combined, pour (or pipe) the batter into your non stick silicone moulds. (Donut shapes preferably) Bake for 15-18min.
Once baked allow to cool completely in the mould before removing. Once cooled, *lightly brush some maple syrup onto the donuts, sprinkle the cinnamon dust mixture. Enjoy.
