Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups goat milk
- 1/2 Cup goat kefir
- 40g Chopped dark chocolate
- 2 Scoops of Nuzest Protein + Probiotics Vanilla
- Pinch of Celtic sea salt
Method:
Start by adding the goat milk and goat kefir to a microwave safe bowl. Optional, you can also warm this on the stove.
Microwave for 2.5 min, stirring in between at 30sec intervals, you want to avoid the milk from boiling over.
Once heated, add your chopped dark chocolate and mix gently until it starts to melt. Finally add everything to your blender along with the Nuzest Protein + Microbiotics Vanilla and blend for 1 min until smooth.
Pour the mixture into your cups and enjoy with a sprinkle of cacao nibs or some marshmallow.
