Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 4 chunks of frozen sweet potato
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Handful of ice
1. Add everything to your high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy.
2. Top with optional toppings like plant-based yoghurt and cereal (or any of your favourite vegan alternatives).
