Salted Caramel Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1.5 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Scoops Nuzest Kids Good stuff Vanilla Caramel
  • 1/3 tsp Celtic salt
  • 3 Medjool dates (optional) pre-soaked in hot water

Add everything to your blender. Blend until smooth. Set aside for max 3min while you prepare the pan.

Prepare a large non stick pan, over a medium heat. Make sure the pan has been lightly greased with coconut oil. 

Once the pan is heated drop ¼ cup portions of the batter onto the skillet.

Cook the pancakes until the bubbles appear on the surface. Lift and flip the pancake over.

Repeat the process until all the pancakes are cooked.

Add your favourite toppings and enjoy.
