Vanilla and Blueberry Baked Oats

Looking to mix up your usual breakfast options? Try making these delicious protein-packed baked oats!

We've made them with Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein but they work just as well with any of our flavours. You can also mix things up with whatever you have in your pantry - they'll be just as delicious with added dried fruits, cacao nibs, or a spoon of coconut yoghurt on the side.




100g rolled oats

200ml of your favourite plant milk

2 scoops of Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

A handful of fresh or frozen blueberries


1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan 

2. Mix together the oats, protein powder, cinnamon and chia seeds in an ovenproof dish

3. Add the milk and blueberries and stir to fuly combine

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown on top
